Reservation and cancellation policies

Reservations:

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a working Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card.
• Reservations will be guaranteed by charging the equivalent of one night stay per room per arrival. For stays longer than three nights, the deposit will be the equivalent of two nights stay.
• Reservations are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from our part.
• No minors under 15 are accepted.
• Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel area.
• No pets are allowed.
• Check out time is at 12 noon.
• Check-in is at 3 pm.
• We offer 24 hours check-in for guests with a guaranteed reservation.

Cancellations and changes in reservations:

• Reservations cancelled more than a week before arrival will receive a refund. The cost of the transaction will be deducted from the amount refunded. The cost depends on the two banks in question and the time past since you have made your reservation.
• Reservations cancelled in less then one weeks time before the arrival date will not be refunded.
• Changes in reservations will be accepted if there if the room can be re-rented. If that is not possible, the original reservation will be treated according to the cancellation policies.
